March Color of the Month: The Green Hour

March’s Color of the Month also doubles as 2018’s Color of the Year, which is the ever-so-Parisian and serene, The Green Hour (DET544). This shade of green is a richer and darker take on the very popular, lush color trend that we’ve been seeing of late. This blue-green hue is inspired by, and nostalgia for, an era in Paris when the bistros and cafes would serve absinthe, a drink infamous for its green coloring.

This modern Palm Springs home is one part Moroccan-inspired, one part 1970s glam, and The Green Hour brings contrast to the room’s olive tones and flashy gold finishes.
