Purpose:
Stain resistance is the ability of a paint to resist the staining effect of different types of Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic stains. Good stain resistance in paint is a highly desirable trait because it allows for relatively easy removal of stains just by using a nonabrasive medium.

The beautifully painted surfaces of your home can only take so much scuff. The revolutionary technology in EXQUISITE^® makes it tough on scuff and protects from marks, mars and scratches that come with everyday life.

Purpose:
Mar can be defined as the physical damage that typically occurs within a few micrometers of the surface of the topcoats; these are commonly the cause of the changes in appearance seen on the paint coatings. It is the blemish on the surface of a coating, extending over a particular area of the coating and visible due to the difference in the light reflection properties of the area affected compared with the light reflection properties of the adjacent areas.

Your wall color is only as good as the paint that protects it. The shine left behind after a good cleaning can make your wall an eye-catching masterpiece for all the wrong reasons. EXQUISITE^® will preserve the wall’s first, true color and make fading a thing of the past.

Purpose:
The ability of a paint to resist the transfer of color when rubbed with porous material such as cloth or paper. A good color rub-off resistant paint will contain quality pigments to ensure that the colorant is locked in the system and will not fade upon abrasion.
