Dunn-Edwards Introduces New and Improved Acri-Wall® Interior Flat Paint
Ready to Use and Concentrate
LOS ANGELES (September 16, 2015) – As part of its ongoing commitment to develop high performance products that are safe for people and the environment, Dunn-Edwards Paints has introduced New and Improved Acri-Wall, a professional, Zero VOC, low-odor, interior flat paint. It is ideal for use on new residential, commercial and multi-tenant housing projects, as well as maintenance application. Acri-Wall enhancements include excellent touch-up and hide, and it is self-priming on new drywall.
“Painting contractors need paint products that perform effectively on projects where time and budget are a factor. Acri-Wall provides good wet and dry hide, and it’s easier than ever to apply and touch up -- properties that are important to the painting professional,” explained product manager, Sam Carrillo. “Because Acri-Wall is a low odor, Zero VOC paint, it is ideal for use in occupied spaces where lower odor products are preferred.”
Like all Dunn-Edwards paints, Acri-Wall does not contain ethylene glycol (EG). Dunn-Edwards removed EG from its paint formulas in 1984, and remains the only major manufacturer to have done so. EG, which is listed as a hazardous air pollutant and toxic air contaminant, can be harmful to humans.
