Dunn-Edwards Provides Free Painting Services and Materials to KYCC
LOS ANGELES (Oct. 28, 2014) – The Dunn-Edwards Corporation in Los Angeles generously provided KYCC with free painting expertise and materials, refreshing the interior and exterior of KYCC's Wilton Family Apartments and Wilton Center, located on Wilton Place, just south of Wilshire Boulevard.
Dunn-Edwards donated a total of 229 gallons of paint, and also provided the quality services of local painting contractor Master Company.
This project began with paint color recommendations in the summer of 2014; the painting process, which took about three weeks, was finalized in early October. Dunn-Edwards supplied the highest-quality paints, painting supplies, and equipment needed for this job.
"Dunn-Edwards recognizes the value of beautifying our community," states KYCC Executive Director Johng Ho Song. "By providing their generous services, expertise and materials, they completely transformed the look of our affordable housing building and youth center, elevating the quality of life of our residents and clients. KYCC is extremely grateful for this alliance and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Dunn-Edwards.
"Affordable housing shouldn't look like affordable housing," Song adds.
Master Company is a Los Angeles-based construction and painting contractor serving clients who need knowledgeable, quality and affordable contracting and painting techniques and expertise.
