Never forget a detail. For larger-scale commercial jobs, our new Project Record Service helps you keep track of every color and paint type required. More than an archive, it is also a great marketing tool to keep your business top-of-mind with clients.
Your Dunn-Edwards representative will work with you to create a report that has corresponding information, color, paint formula data and photos that were used on the project. You can add photographs of the entire job site, specific rooms and/or spaces within a room, like a banister or crown molding.
All of those records, along with product data sheets, safety data sheets and maintenance tips, will be compiled into a professionally designed PDF document that you can provide to property and/or facility managers to store for future reference. Importantly, the cover page will showcase your company’s contact information as a reminder of whom to contact when it is time to repaint.
